I’m pretending that it’s summer already (although I do cherish spring with all the teasingly warm and suggestive inspiration that it brings)! Here I present a couple of summery cocktails to jump-start the season properly, featuring Cruzan Peach rum. The juicy peach flavor celebrates the spirit(s) of St. Croix and surely will raise yours as well. Cheers then and pinkies up!
